Job Description

Now Hiring: Subcontractors Sanding & Finishing (Sports Flooring)
Location: Projects across Indiana
Company: Jack Laurie Group

Jack Laurie Group is looking for experienced subcontractors to support our Sports Flooring Division with a focus on sanding and finishing wood athletic floors.

What We re Looking For:

  • Professionals with experience in sanding and finishing wood gym floors or similar surfaces.

  • Subcontractors with reliable transportation who can travel statewide for project work.

  • Must have your own tools and equipment.

  • Ability to pick up and deliver materials as needed to and from job sites.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.

  • Experience working independently or managing a small crew is a plus.

Job Details:

  • Work is project-based and will vary depending on client schedules and job site availability.

  • Sites include schools universities recreational facilities and more.

  • This is a subcontractor position not W2 employment.

  • Competitive pay based on project scope and experience.
