Job Overview:
BluArc Steel &Precast is seeking skilledCertified Stick Welders (or those interested in becoming certified stick welders) with experience in structural steel erection to join our team. Stick Welders will be responsible for welding and assembling steel and precast components for various construction projects. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.The ideal candidate mustalso demonstratea strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.

Pay: Ranging from $24 $27per hour based on experience.

Hours:A typical work day is Monday through Friday from7:00AM to 3:30PM actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

• Certification in stick welding ispreferred but not required willing to train the right candidate
• Proficient in using hand tools and operating welding equipment
• Experience with crane operation is a plus
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Must be willing to work at heights
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 20
• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
• Ability to pass all preemployment screenings
