Basic Qualifications:
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate equivalent certification based on local regulations or be able to obtain the certification within the first 30 days of employment
- FAA Class 2 medical exam and/or obtain one within 30 days of start of employment
- Commercial Pesticide Applicators License or must be able to obtain within first 45 days of employment
- Proficient in drone flight software and navigation systems.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Background knowledge in the following areas: Precision Ag incab monitors Farm Management Software and/or past drone flight experience.
- Class A CDL license or must be able to successfully complete the EntryLevel Driver Training (ELDT) when required
- Ability to work long seasonal hours in changing weather conditions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of aviation safety regulations and agricultural best practices.
