Seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead for a maximum term contract of six months to oversee and manage the endtoend testing strategy for the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of the HCM system by validating functionality performance security and user experience while mitigating risks and defects before golive.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and test plans for the HCM system implementation
Lead the testing team defining roles responsibilities and best practices to ensure highquality testing .
In conjunction with our IDT Team oversee the design and of functional integration performance regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with key stakeholders including business analyst developers P&C team and system vendors to ensure testing requirements align with business needs.
Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting of fixes.
Develop and maintain test automation strategies where applicable to enhance efficiency and reliability.
what we are looking for:
Minimum 8 years of experience in in software testing and quality assurance with a strong background in leading test teams in enterprise system implementations.
Expertise in HRIS/HCM systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM UKG) and understanding of HR processes.
Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM TestRail) and test automation frameworks.
Experience with integration testing of HCM systems with payroll finance and other enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of data migration security and compliance considerations in HR system implementations.
Desirable to have ISTQB Certification (Advanced or Expert Level) or equivalent industry certification and experience working with cloudbased HR solutions and API testing along with Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner JMeter) and security testing practices.
