- Family Office overseeing financial operations for the leadership team of both businesses
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions including general ledger maintenance financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Supervise and support our existing bookkeeper ensuring efficient workflow and accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements budgets and cash flow projections for multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP tax regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes.
- Work closely with company leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support accounting functions for the owners other entrepreneurial ventures as needed.
- Coordinate with external auditors tax professionals and financial institutions.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (Public accounting or multientity experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks NetSuite or similar).
- Experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a fastmoving environment.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial matters with discretion.
