GRC Software Solutions Specialist (JB5245
Location: Johannesburg Gauteng
Salary: R60 000 R75 000 CTC
Employment Type: Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid In office and at client sites as required

Were looking for a dedicated and detailoriented GRC Solutions Specialist with expertise in Risk Management a thorough understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory compliance and the ability to excel in highpressure environments while consistently delivering exceptional results. A customercentric approach is essential with the ability to exceed customer expectations and build strong lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to excellence and accuracy in all aspects of their work.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Risk Management Internal Audit or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Risk Manager or Risk Officer role.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
Willing to travel into Africa as required.
Must be comfortable in a hybrid fastpaced teamoriented work environment.
Experience with risk management software such as CURA ACL BarnOwl or ISOMETRIX.
Experience in training and facilitation. (Preferred)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and customize GRC software designing workflows dashboards and risk registers that meet their specific needs.
Build strong relationships with clients thoroughly understanding their GRC objectives and aligning software solutions to achieve optimal results.
Conduct detailed training sessions to equip clients with the skills to effectively use the software while providing ongoing guidance to enhance user experience and drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain detailed dashboards reports and KPIs to offer realtime visibility into risk management processes and ensure accurate data analysis.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders providing updates on enhancements addressing concerns proactively and ensuring timely project delivery.
Keep comprehensive wellorganized documentation of configurations processes and system changes to promote transparency and accountability.
Ensure GRC software solutions are configured to comply with established frameworks such as ISO NIST and COSO supporting clients risk management objectives.
