Possible future international assignments
What You Will Do:
Business Development 50
Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.
Deliver creative programs and productbased solutions for customer cleaning and sanitizing problems using a resultsdriven approach.
Prepare and present total plant solutions for products processes and program changesusing a compelling valuebased approach.
Develop and manage a multifaceted plan jointly with key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available resources.
Build strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.
Maintain active membership with trade and industrial associations.
Business Management 50
Evaluate existing customer plant operations business objectives and regulatory guidelines to identify operational efficiencies related to time cost safety and quality.
Provide expertise in cleanroom applications contamination control solutions and risk mitigation.
Provide technical expertise and understanding on the qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning cleaning process and company certification and validation services.
Ensure operational compliance with FDA ISO and any other applicable domestic and international regulations.
Work with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOPs and any site specific documentation requirements.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish personal goals and objectives for sales and service performance.
Working with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems presentations and reports. Report on project status and team performance capability to cross functional team members and site leadership.
Effectively communicate team activities progress priorities to internal partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in engineering chemistry biology or related
Ability to routinely travel 50 of the time
2 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries
Clean In Place / Clean out of Place operational experience system optimization and trouble shooting
Proven sales track record
Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record 2 years)

Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries
Clean in Place system mapping and programing solutions
Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including Clevel executives.
Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
Experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom operations.
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $115400$173000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
