Job Description
About You
- Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French Portuguese German or Italian is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Degree in Marketing Communications or related discipline.
- Proven track record of initiating managing and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Strong performance and datadriven mindset and business goaloriented approach.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with bestfit influencers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills for effective collaboration across territories.
- Ability to adapt to the fastpaced environment of a digital startup.
- Detailoriented critical thinker and problemsolver.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid Spain.
About the Role
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale. Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth.
- Set explicit campaign goals continually assess against benchmarks and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by datadriven insights.
- Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers refine campaigns through metric analysis and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by datadriven decisions.
- Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication efficient agreement tracking and global influencer scouting and negotiation.
- Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally.
