Define a datadriven strategy and vision for the GOOD AMERICAN digital properties set measurable goals and develop & implement shortterm and longterm plans.
Define the vision and strategy for our customer experience/service team owning all facets of how we service the customer on her terms.
Build and execute strategies to support sales goals while maintaining accountability for achieving channel targets.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Customer Insights Performance Marketing Brand Marketing Merchandising Planning) to drive business performance and profitability.
Oversee relationships with external partners (Web Development UX/UI Technology Vendors).
Manage direct report(s) for product setup and launches site merchandising promo/campaign management and site content updates.
Own the digital product lifecycle from ideation to launch including research defining requirements working with development resources QA & UAT and launch strategy.
Develop and analyze ecommerce data covering key metrics & KPIs (conversion cohorts A/B test results AOV UPT etc. on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Lead the strategy and implementation of site testing.
Monitor the competitive landscape examine strategies of bestinclass retailers and keep up to date with industry research to identify emerging trends and make recommendations.
Proactively audit digital properties to identify any bugs and work with frontend and backend development partners to resolve based on priority.
Key Skills & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Business Marketing or related field.
1015 years experience in ECommerce.
Previous experience with a directtoconsumer brand a plus.
Proven ability to own and deliver sales plans in a fastpaced growthfocused environment.
Understanding of key ecommerce and retail & apparel metrics & KPIs.
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Experience with PM and prototyping tools such as Asana Jira Confluence Invision Sketch.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large sets of data (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs Macros).
Experience working with:
Shopify (preferred).
Web Analytics software (Google Analytics Omniture).
A/B testing tools (Optimizely Google Optimize etc..
Personalization tools (Qubit DynamicYield etc..
Data collection and BI tools (Looker Segment etc. a plus.
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
