The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce The Sr. Manager of HSN eCommerce will lead the strategic development of the soft goods eCommerce division ensuring understanding of our goals. As the Senior Manager you will lead digital transformation optimizing customer experiences and lead a team of five direct reports towards achieving and surpassing KPIs in conversion digital sales and off-air sales. This role lives at our headquarters located in West Chester PA.
