nsure all daytoday Personnel and Administrative responsibilities are carried out smoothly in the Corporate Office.Key Accountabilities include:- Complete all onboarding & exit formalities of employees PAN India.
- Issuance of Offer Letter and collection of all necessary joining documents.
- Carry out employees verification process through coordination with an outsourced agency.
- Salary negotiation with candidates.
- Undertake all joining formalities & documentation.
- Employee Induction/Policy introduction to new employees.
- Timely issuance of appointment letters confirmation letters and other communications such as transfer letters promotion letters etc.
- Ensuring receiving back of such letters duly signed by the employees.
COORDINATION : - Act as a point of contact for applicants.
- Follow up with the candidate till the joining date to avoid dropouts.
- Coordinate for Special projects like GPTW
EMAIL AND ERP CREATION/CLOSURE- Timely creation of employee master.
- Timely creation of employee ERP and email id.
- Timely closure of Email/ERP
REIMBURSEMENT- Ensure timely processing of bills & process reimbursement for PAN India.
- Coordinate with Finance Department for timely disbursement of reimbursement amount.
TDS DATA UPDATION- Ensure timely updation of TDSrelated data with accuracy.
JOB DESCRIPTION UPDATION- Prepare Job descriptions of existing employees which are received through departments/recruitment teams.
- Update Job Description and KPI of all employees in ERP
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT :- Compile personal files of new employees and update them in ERP.
- Complete all joining formalities and statutory requirements such as PF ESI etc of a new employee and update the same in the ERP.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT & REPORT MAINTENANCE- Assist in payroll processing bank file uploading etc.
- Maintaining the data/reports as per need
Key Decisions:- Decision on Employee onboarding/ exit formalities.
- Decision on maintaining and updating employee records
Working Relation : - Build healthy relationships with other functions in the unit.
- Establish effective relationships with other departments such as Marketing & Sales Accounts & Finance IT etc.
- Close relation with Subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
