Im working with an established busy medium sized practice in London who are seeking a recently qualified Architect or experienced Part II. This is a permanent position with a salary circa 38000 pa.
First things first youll need to have strong technical experience to be considered for this one Initially the work will be in RIBA stages 47 thus its vital you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of UK building regulations detailing packages tender packages and site experience would be a huge plus. Whilst this is not a site based role you will still be expected to assist in problem solving on site where required. Experience of dealing with clients and contractors would be a big plus.
The work is medium rise residential towers in the London area. Theres a few similar schemes ranging from 200500 units so a portfolio to match such work will be needed. The company also work in other areas such as sustainability however this is purely for the residential team.
Revit fluency is a must and youll be expected to hit the ground running with this. A Revit test may be a part of the recruitment process.
This is an urgent position and with big plans to grow in the next year this is a great chance to embed yourself into a busy practice. Interviews taking place next week with a start in mind for late March.
