Manage and continually improve workforce planning processes systems methods and approaches to ensure alignment with the orgnaizationbusiness needs;
Manage and ensure the accuracy completeness and relevance of workforce planning data systems information and insights to inform workforce decision making;
Design and develop solutions to workforce planning problems and issues to ensure effective risk management and workforce sustainability;
Develop nurture and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the orgnaization
Contribute to other HR related strategies and projects by providing workforce planning context and capability;
Undertake other projects and duties as determined by management in the Human Resources department;
Contribute to the development of organization wide controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of all workforce information used for reporting;
Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant
Maintain fair ethical and professional work practices in accordance with the orgnaizationsvalues and code of conduct;
Work closely and coordinate with others in the organization to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of the workforce records
Qualifications:
Extensive experience of workforce planning methodologies approaches and systems
Expertise in workforce planning in workforce planning disciplines including development of strategies operational workforce plans workforce analytics
Experience in tailoring workforce planning solutions to meet varied needs
Experience in developing workforce planning solutions in multiple industries
Experience in leading a workforce planning function/team with regular deadlines and KPI reporting;
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) negotiate and liaise at all levels within the organization;
Bachelor Degree in Human resources or related field
