- Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the construction of various building projects
- Create architectural designs based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project completion within timelines and budget
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and obtain approvals
