Job Description
Pride Motor Group of Lynn is looking for an experienced GeneralSales Manager with a proven track record of success. The right candidate will be driven and motivated to work toward sales goals and motivate and coach the sales team to reach its full potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hires trains motivates counsels coaches and monitors the performance of all salespeople and sales staff.
- Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
- Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales gross profits expenses and operating profit.
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
- Orders/acquires new and usedvehicle inventory.
- Administers and monitors factorysponsored programs.
- Displays merchandises and promotes new and usedvehicles.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Attends managers meetings as requested.
- Maintainthe highest CSI/customer satisfaction
- Desk deals utilizing CRM
- Maintain the highest level of moral ethical and legal integrity at all times
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have24 years of Automotive Sales Manager and/or General Sales Manager experience
- Strong management background in a dealership setting is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have clean & valid Drivers License with atleast three years of driving history
