Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll.
- Manage benefits administration including vendor management.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding according to corporate values and federal and state laws.
- Other administrative HR responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience performing HR responsibilities preferably in a fastpaced growing organization
- Experience overseeingonboarding/offboarding and exit interviews managing payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and industry trends
- Experience in managing employee relations issues like exit interviews.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to connect inspire and motivate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational timemanagement and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment and/or services company is a plus
- Experience at a startup that scaled is a plus
- Experience at a public company is a plus
Work Location & Reporting Cadence
This is an onsite role in Wraps Coconut Grove office. You must be able to commute to the office 5 days a week working standard business hours.
The company cannot offer relocation assistance at this time.

Bonuses
You may be eligible for a discretionary bonus the amount of which will be determined at the Companys sole discretion based on your individual performance company performance and other factors deemed relevant and will be paid at the Companys discretion.
