The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPGs values; CARE COACH ENERGY ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front coaching on the run ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the RPG community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock processes includingpreparing stock for sale stocktake audits acceptance and transfers
  • Operational compliance within back of house
  • Inventory management and data accuracy
  • Responsible for supporting customer escalations
  • Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes products or service
  • Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement
  • Completion of rosters
  • Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience within a Service Stock Management or Operations role
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
