Job Description
Were looking for a dedicated Director of Quality Control who can evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure products meet all quality integrity and functionality standards.
In this role youll use data to drive systemwide quality improvements and collaborate with management and senior staff to draft and implement quality standards. Youll develop and oversee testing and evaluation processes facilitate communication between production divisions and management and assess test results to recommend changes. Additionally youll create and maintain quality control documentation implement auditing processes from raw materials to finished products and train internal teams on quality standards and customer expectations. Reporting on quality control and operations to executive leadership and regulatory agencies will also be part of your responsibilities.
To succeed in this role youll need excellent verbal and written communication skills a thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies and a strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel are also essential.
