The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ecommerce and Digital Marketing enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and have ambition to elevate their professional skill set. This position will require strong attention to detail a willingness to work independently and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
We are currently looking for a:
Park Support Center ECommerce Intern
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the daytoday production of tickets season passes and promotions for sale online in our portfolio of amusement and water parks in US and Australia.
- Build coupon codes and make additional updates within our ecommerce platform.
- Analyze user behavior to make suggestions and improvements to on site content and recommendations to the product catalog.
- Participate in weekly global team meetings and daily local scrums by providing status updates and feedback on projects.
- Assist the ECommerce team by leading or participating in special projects or initiatives
- All other duties assigned by leadership
Note: Normal weekly work schedule will be up to 40 hours
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma GED or equivalent; Equivalent work experience will also be considered
- Actively pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing Ecommerce Business administration or a similar field; Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 1 years of previous work experience involving Ecommerce platforms is a plus but not required
- Previous amusement park theme park or waterpark experience preferred but not required
Language: Ability to read write and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Power Point.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Be naturally creative and curious and a quick learner
- Ability to handle highpressure situations meet the demands of constant deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to portray a positive professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Passion for digital communication with an ability to analyze and shape the future of US digital properties
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time while using a computer
- Ability to occasionally stoop twist kneel bend squat or reach above shoulders
- Ability to carry push pull lift and hold objects weighing 20 pounds or more
Working Conditions:
- This role is primarily based in a corporate office setting
- Occasional travel to local parks may be required
- Subject to frequent interruptions and constantly shifting priorities and challenges within a fastpaced environment
