We are seeking a Lead Copywriter with 8 years of experience to spearhead our content and brand communication efforts. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional writing skills a deep understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to lead a team of writers. You will work closely with marketing design and strategy teams to craft compelling and impactful copy that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute highquality engaging and persuasive copy for various channels including digital print social media and advertising.
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters ensuring brand consistency and voice across all content.
- Collaborate with creative marketing and product teams to develop innovative and effective campaigns.
- Conceptualize and write compelling copy for websites email campaigns landing pages and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and optimize messaging for maximum impact.
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines tone of voice and overall content strategy.
- Review and edit content produced by the team providing constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to enhance the brands communication strategy.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in copywriting content strategy or related fields preferably in an agency or inhouse creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting work including digital print and multimedia content.
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of writers providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in SEO principles UX writing and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems analytics tools and creative software is a plus.
