About the role
The Coffee Specialist will work very closely with our Business Specialist to support P&R clients at an operational level ensuring the coffee is dialled into specific recipes systems are optimised and the clients are getting the very best out of their specialty coffee. The role amounts to the Coffee Specialist enabling our guarantee of the highest service quality and reputation of both our clients and our company. The Coffee Specialist will provide timely and accurate advice and assistance to our wholesale clients ensuring they are equipped to understand and prepare coffee to the highest possible standards getting the maximum benefits in working with P&R products and services.
The successful candidate will have an indepth understanding of the specialty coffee landscape as well as market trends coffee processing and brewing. They will also be passionate coffee professionals with a drive to see their clients succeed in every way. They will be involved in general marketing initiatives events installs and onboarding in addition to carrying out the companys R&D initiatives. We strongly believe that if we are not spending at least 10 of our time innovating we will not succeed.
The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape strategy and drive Pablo & Rustys brand forwards. You will be surrounded by talented individuals full of energy determination and passion for what they do. Centrally located and near North Ryde train station we also have free onsite parking.
Experience in the below areas is a bonus
- Minimum of 23 years in a similar position with related experience
- Advanced understanding of coffee the market industry and machines
- Electrical or tech experience is a bonus
