Job Description
Donley Ford of Ashlandis looking for a Mobile Automotive Service Technician to join their team. This individual will provide dependable mobile automotive servicing diagnostic and repair services to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic factory recalls replace filters batteries program keys perform basic diagnostics oil changes tire rotations and brake replacement.
- Diagnose vehicle issues as needed
- Keep accurate records including time materials and costs associated to each repair
- Observe and maintain company safety regulations
- Communicate with customers in regard to repairs and status
- Explain repairs and processes to customers
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Preferred (but not required) three years of experience in automotive repair
- Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment
- Ability and willingness to work on any make or model car
- Ability to diagnose vehicle issues
- Basic knowledge of the principles of automotive systems and their diagnostic & repair procedures
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and excellent customer service skills
