Job Description
A prestigious national litigation firm with over 200 attorneys is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their Philadelphia office. This firm is committed to providing practical innovative and exceptional litigation and advisory services to its clients which include Fortune 500 companies and major insurers.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from ABAaccredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Pennsylvania (Admission to WV and Ohio a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong writing research organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of independent work and effective teamwork.
- Experience with motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
- First or second chair trial experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Drive for excellence.
- Sharp oral advocacy skills with deposition and/or courtroom experience
