We are searching for a dedicated Sales Director to expand our clients impressive portfolio andensure exceptional client experiences while fostering longterm relationships that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead efforts to resolve client issues promptly ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align with clients business objectives.
  • Pursue opportunities in IT outsourcing shared services Business Process Outsourcing environmentsand professional solutions maintaining a customerfocused approach.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfill commitments effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management preferably within professional services or IT outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and grow accounts in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or a Related role.
