Asa champion of familycentered care we enable access to childrens hospitals byproviding families with sick children accommodation meals and wellnessprograms that support their emotional and physical wellbeing.
In1983 the first RMH BC House opened its doors in Vancouver with a 13BedroomHouse and over the years with an increase in demand for this essentialservice construction of a new building was underway. In 2014 a 73bedroomHouse was unveiled on the grounds of BC Childrens Hospital along with a new2000 sq. ft. RMH Family Room in Surrey Memorial Hospital. As thesecondlargest House in Canada and one of the largest in the world RMH BC willcontinue to grow and meet the needs of families across BC and Yukon.

About the Position
Our Family Services Team strives to provide exceptional service andfamily care in an often busy and fast paced environment. They will beresponsible for ensuring that all daily administrative functions areefficiently managed to provide a seamless experience for all families. Theideal candidate will have excellent communications skills strong attention todetail and previous experience in a front desk or medical office setting.
This is a parttime position requiring 34 shifts per week on a consistentschedule with shifts available from 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
