AWC Staff Services are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based at Melksham Substation. This is an 8 month contract at 20hrs per week.
Duties of the role:
Scan & upload all delivery notes.
Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS Task Allocation Sheets) etc.
Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders
Compiling data for SO27 reporting
Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for weekly SHES call
Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguisher lifting equipment fire alarms electrical inspection & certification of welfare units
Liaise with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team)
Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder)
Start: 07th April 2025

Rate: 15 per hour
