Are You a Driven Communicator with a Passion for Sales Join Our Growing Real Estate Team!
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for potential clients nurturing leads and setting appointments for the sales team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment love engaging with people and enjoy the challenge of converting leads into opportunities this is the role for you!
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone email and text to qualify potential clients.
- Manage and track leads in the CRM system to nurture relationships and convert prospects into appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and building rapport with potential buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine lead conversion efforts.
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly call and appointmentsetting goals.
- Must have a South Carolina Real Estate License.
- A selfmotivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- A team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
- 1 years of experience in sales telemarketing or customer service.
- Familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g. Follow Up Boss Salesforce).
