Job Description

Trintech is a multiawardwinning cloudbased Fintech provider and we are looking for an ambitious and selfmotivated Support Consultant to join our Enterprise team in EMEA. This will be a clientfacing role working with our Large Enterprise customers across the region. In this role you will troubleshoot problemsolve and identify issues and opportunities for product improvement.

We have a hybrid working schedule and require you to be in the London office twice a week.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Provide exemplary customer service by being prompt efficient and empathetic. Play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  • Use your business analytical and product skills to understand customer issues and diagnose root cause and required corrective actions for 12 Trintech products.
  • Assess customer business impact of reported problems and help resolve them as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure resolutions are provided within required customer time frames and business deadlines.
  • Use SQL and database knowledge to write custom scripts to gather information and fix data issues

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree certification or relevant experience with Accounting and Finance or relevant field OR relevant client facing support experience.
  • Solutions based mindset! A passion for problem solving and the ability to think critically under pressure.
