Brief Description of position:
Machine Learning and Deep Learning has many potential applications in the automotive domain such as advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) autonomous driving driver behaviour vehicle health and during development manufacturing and sales & aftersales
processes encompassing the total life cycle of an automotive vehicle. Machine learning is an essential component for use cases such as predictive maintenance of vehicles personalized infotainment and locationbased services business process automation supply
chain and price optimization.
At Intangles we are defining the future of automotive industry and are looking for AI Scientists to work in a team and help us create innovative AI solutions consisting of multimodal data types such as images/video sequences text/speech service/maintenance logs and multivariate time series data from sensors embedded in modern drive trains and electric vehicles. The responsibilities of an AI Scientist include understanding the business problem and experimenting with different modelling architectures to create the best possible
solution from model performance as well as computational performance aspect.
The multimodal solutions built should be part of our cloud platform as well as be compatible with our edge compute device. To do this job successfully you need exceptional skills in AI/ML and Programming. example the vehicle owner fleet manager OEM supply chain & logistics spares and parts providers and aftermarket sales and services.

Responsibilities of an AI Scientist in this role will include:
Understanding and experimenting with different modelling architectures to develop optimal AI solutions.
Evaluating model performance and computational efficiency to create the best possible solutions.
Building multimodal solutions that seamlessly integrate into our cloud platform.
Ensuring compatibility of the solutions with our edge compute devices.
Job Description:
Understanding business objectives and formulate the problem as a Data Science problem
Expert level proficiency in Multivariate Time Series Forecasting or Causal Forecasting
Expert in building Computer Vision applications and well versed with Vision Transformer
Develop and maintain robust data processing pipelines and reproducible modelling pipelines
Explore data and communicate insights clearly to nontechnical as well as technical audience
Analyze experimental results iterate and refine models to create significant business impact
Indepth understanding of classical statistical forecasting algorithms such as Time Series (Arima Prophet) ML (GLM XgBoost) Hierarchical model (Top Down Bottom Up) DL (Seq2Seq Transformer) and Ensemble methods.
Proven experience in handling Time Series Predictive Modelling using standard Regression algorithms like Linear Regression Gradient Boosted Decision Trees Random forest etc.
Good practical knowledge with Sequence Models in Deep Learning like LSTMs recent timeseries Transformers etc. especially in the context of Time Series Forecasting.
Understanding of binding the image text and time series data to create predictive insights
Proficiency with at least one Deep Learning Framework such as PyTorch Tensorflow etc.
Ability to guide and mentor junior Data Scientists on solution development
Handson experience with building endtoend ML models and pipelines.
Experience with Git Bitbucket Airflow MLflow Kubeflow GCP Vertex AI Databricks or equivalents.
Experience with optimisations debugging finetuning existing applications in distributed computing environments for high performance and scalability with Big Data.
Experience with an agile development environment.
Exposure in tools/framework to monitor and analyze ML model performance and data accuracy.

Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualification):
Bachelors degree in computer science Data Science Mathematics or related technical field.
Master/ PhD degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Mathematics or related field.
Good to Have:
Familiarity in working with Azure AWS GCP etc.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Cassandra
Experience with containerizing applications using Docker
