Duties in the Team Manager role
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team including setting goals performance expectations and monitoring progress.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs provide consultation on recruitment strategies and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their recruitment skills knowledge and performance through training programs regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs & targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the candidate screening and selection process ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify new business opportunities.
