Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a transformative impact Saint Johns On The Lakeis seeking an experienced energetic Administrator to join our team and play a key role in our commitment to personcentered care in our Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living care neighborhoods. Were looking for a servant leader to join us in this mission and help us grow and evolve as we continue our journey.
We are the perfect size just 25 Skilled Nursing and 50 Assisted Living suites and were driven by a core desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We believe in the power of personcentered care to change the way people experience aging and longterm care. Personcentered care is about enhancing the overall experience by integrating an individuals values preferences and goals into every aspect of care. Its about raising the bar improving lives and empowering residents with greater autonomy and wellbeing.
This newly created position will report directly to our Chief Clinical Officer and the ideal candidate will serve as a catalyst in advancing our journey toward the next evolution in care.
