Software Tools Leader

Description

In the Digital Technology Software organization we aim to improve and unify the tools used by developers. We look for curious people capable of working across borders and committed to shaping the future.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Tools Leader to oversee and manage a variety of software tools critical to the success. The ideal candidate will have indepth expertise in a suite of tools including GitHub GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Splunk and Datadog. In addition the candidate must possess a deep understanding of SOX compliance particularly regarding SOD PUAR Change Management (CM1 CM2 CM3 and related frameworks. This role will be key in driving the efficiency and security of our software operations ensuring proper compliance and managing ongoing tool enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and usage of GitHub GitHub Actions Splunk and Datadog to ensure smooth integration and alignment with business goals

  • Lead efforts to streamline and improve the performance of existing tools enabling the development teams to deliver highquality code faster and more efficiently

  • Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements with a focus on SOD PUAR and Change Management (CM1 CM2 CM3

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (development operations security and compliance) to understand tool requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives

  • Create detailed reports on tool usage incidents and compliance audits. Conduct regular audits to ensure all tools and systems remain SOX compliant

Education and Required Experience

  • Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field

  • 5 years in a managerial or senior role managing enterpriselevel software tools

The base pay range for this role is $ 146 650 up to $212 650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
