About the Role
We are looking for a Creative 3D Visualizer who is passionate about designing immersive and dynamic workspaces. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership bring creative visions to life and enhance our pitch presentations with stunning photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations. You will work closely with architecture interior design and A&G teams to create compelling visuals for coworking spaces managed offices and backtoback pitches.
Please Note: A portfolio or relevant work samples demonstrating your expertise and familiarity with visualization platforms is required for consideration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create highquality 3D visualizations including images 2D plans and walkthrough animations for WeWork spaces
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (architecture interior design and A&G) to interpret design concepts and refine project deliverables
- Enhance pitch presentations with engaging visuals and collaterals for external stakeholders.
- Develop efficient workflows for rendering and visualization processes to ensure seamless
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new tools rendering techniques and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- 23 years of experience in 3D visualization preferably in commercial or hospitality projects
- Prior experience in a 3D visualization or design studiois essential
- Strong proficiency in Revit Enscape and walkthrough generation
- Expertise in VRay 3Ds Max Adobe Photoshop SketchUp Corona Lumion and 3D Vista
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and BIM 360
- Unreal Engine experience is a huge plus
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals(color theory lighting shape and composition)
- Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and maintain toptier quality
