Objectives of this Role
- Receive and convert leads in a timely manner
- Develop and work with clients to fulfil their real estate needs
- Determine property value through skilled comparative market analysis
- Develop business networks and collaborate with contractors mortgage lenders and lawyers
- Develop expert knowledge regarding real estate best practices market standards mortgage financing neighbourhoods schools and all buying and selling considerations
- Advise clients on market conditions prices mortgages legal requirements and related matters.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts listing and purchase agreements and lease agreements.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Attend conventions seminars and staff and association meetings to learn about real estate markets.
Requirements
- Ontario Real Estate License (required)
- Post secondary diploma or degree
- Knowledge of local area and properties
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
- A solid understanding of the difference between empathy and sympathy and customer service and customer experience.
- Bonus if you have strong connections with mortgage originators/banks title companies real estate lawyers architects and contractors
Availability
- Weekdays evenings and weekend availability
- Fulfill office duty obligations

- Barrie / Simcoe County
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
