Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cuttingedge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.
We are looking for:
Junior Active Sourcer with German
Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms
Candidate mapping
Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge
Written candidate approach via LinkedIn
Other tasks related to recruitment coordination e.g. interview coordination and scheduling recruitment admin (preScreening CVs writing and posting Job ads opening Job requisitions).
A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field
1 years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting
Proficiency in English and German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter social media searches and other sourcing channels
Knowledge of active sourcing techniques sourcing tools online databases
Understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment in CH and familiarity with the professional services industry in CH
Excellent communication and negotiation skills ability to identify key competencies in candidates
Flexibility and excellent organizational skills ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
High level of integrity and confidentiality proactivity and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as well as to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
