Job Description


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin resource who will play a crucial role in shaping a growing companys human resources systems and policies fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the companys business objectives. This role will initially be that of an individual contributor with a deep understanding of HR functions exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving organizational success through effective people management and office administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Systems & Processes:

Create implement and maintain HR systems to streamline HR processes (e.g. payroll benefits administration).
Ensure HR processes including PF and ESI reporting are automated and compliant with regulatory standards.
Continuously review and improve HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency compliance and data accuracy.

HR Strategy & Planning:

Develop HR systems and strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives maintaining statutory compliance in all processes.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with recruitment partners to ensure the timely recruitment of the right candidates.

Onboarding & Induction:
Manage the onboarding process ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company.
Conduct comprehensive induction sessions introducing new employees to company policies culture and statutory benefits (e.g. PF ESI).
Ensure that all new employees are enrolled in PF ESI and other statutory benefits during the onboarding process.
Oversee the creation of orientation materials and ensure that new hires have a clear understanding of their roles and the companys HR policies.

Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture address grievances and ensure fair application of policies.

Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems to support managers with performance appraisals and development goals while ensuring compliance.

Administration:
Manage daily office administration tasks including office supplies facility management and general office upkeep.
Coordinate with external service providers for facility maintenance security and other operational services.
Ensure compliance with company policies local laws and regulations in all administrative processes.
Assist in managing budgets related to office and administrative operations.
Supervise administrative staff ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee documentation management including records of office assets equipment and other important resources.

Candidate Profile:
Education: Masters degree in HR or related field.
Experience: 38 years preferably in real estate or serviceoriented industries.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and tools with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
