Job Title: Technician Trainee Gas Crossbore
Location: Spokane WA
Compensation:$2022 per hour

Position Summary
Your role as a Tech 1 Gas Crossbore is to assist with the operation of our CCTV Camera and equipment to help make our community a safer place.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Detect cross bored wastewater lines and collect field data through utilizing ESRI GPS software during inspections
- Establish a safe work zone including positioning safety items such as traffic cones and signs
- Prepare the CCTV Robot and equipment under the direction of the Operator while cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Dispatch the tractor unit securely into the pipe utilizing a crane or hook
- Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and preemployment drug screen required as a condition of employment
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification as required by project locations
- Must be able and willing to walk 2 to 5 miles or more per day on various terrain and various weather conditions
- Must be willing to work with sewer and wastewater utility lines
- Lift the 50lbs. of equipment regularly throughout the day.
- Proficient using current technology such as a smartphone tablet or computer
