  • Hybrid Working 2/3 days onsite)

How will I help

This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced change specialist who can work both at a strategic level and in handson delivery.

You will lead a team of specialist change practitioners who support communication and learning for our largest and most important transformation programs in Business & Wealth. This is a dynamic role with great variety as well as leading a highperforming team you will provide strategic change communication advice for our risk and regulatory portfolio and support our senior transformation leaders on their special projects and internal communication.

What will I be working on (Role and responsibilities)

You will be supported to work across various deliverables including:

  • Leading a team of Instructional Designers who deliver bespoke learning experiences for our change programs
  • Proving communication advisory and consultation to change programs
  • Delivering communication strategy and engagement plans
  • Developing key messages for internal and external stakeholders through a multichannel approach.
  • Delivering AllIn team events with live streaming
  • Enhancing our online content. Experience working in OBi is valuable
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of change communications and driving continuous improvement.

What do I need

The key skills required for this role are:

  • The ability to embrace complexity and deliver a change narrative for a range of strategic programs and initiatives across the Business & Wealth Division.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication principles that help people work in new ways.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including the ability to lead decision making relating to communications signoff.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Translating information into visually engaging content and driving this through a multichannel approach (PowerPoint video and other customercentric tools).
