As our clients needs evolve and our business continues to grow we are creating a new role within PGIM Fixed Incomes Securitized Products team focused on ABF Structuring and Transaction Management. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the endtoend process of structuring and closing assetbased finance transactions. You will work very closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience structuring and executing private transactions. Additionally the candidate should have a strong background across a variety of assetbased sectors including but not limited to consumer credit commercial lending mortgage fund finance and private credit.
This position is performed in a hybrid manner with a mix of work performed from our office in Newark NJ and remotely. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees meet with their team in the office on set days of the week and can work remotely the remainder of the week. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaborationand may be required during group specific events (Town Halls etc..
What you can expect
Manage the full lifecycle of assetbased finance transactions from initial client engagement to closing ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
Design and develop innovative assetbased finance structures that meet client and borrower needs.
Work closely with numerous external parties including issuers legal rating agencies and trustees to execute transactions.
What you will bring
Minimum of 7 years work experience preferably in investment banking insurance or asset management.
At least 5 years of experience structuring and managing transaction lifecycle.
Significant experience in cashflow modeling and structuring across ABF sectors.
Experience across the various ABF collateral types (corporate credit CRE and assetbased finance) to assist the securitized product team structure the underlying asset cash flows to achieve longterm capital efficiency within vehicles for insurance clients.
Highly organized and attentive to details.
Excellent quantitative/analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $175000 to $200000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
