City Fitness is looking for a customer service champion a chief of chatter a first impressions director/ goodday protector to work our front desk reception and help City Fitness be the best part of our members day! This role serves as the face of the organization and the initial point of contact for all members and guests. In addition to clerical tasks this role functions as a facilitator engaging members directing requests and escalating matters when necessary. Specific duties include greeting members and guests access control preparing and selling smoothies handling cash transactions answering questions inventory management and keeping work areas clean and organized. Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for fitness and helping others.

Required Education and Experience
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This role supports both FullTime and PartTime positions. Available shifts include early morning midday evening and weekend hours. All schedules require a physical onsite presence as very little to no function of this position may be completed remotely. Shift assignments are established at the time of hire and should remain consistent within reason.
Work Environment
This job operates in both a gym and office environment where noise levels vary from quiet to loud throughout the day. This role routinely works with a combination of standard office equipment such as computers tablets phones copiers filing cabinets and scanners. Individuals must be computer literate and comfortable working with a variety of computer software and information systems.
