Key job responsibilities Responsibilities Include: Own the roadmap and build satellite operations measurement capabilities aligning with Amazon and industry best practices to Kuiper needs. Apply causal inference and machine learning techniques to measure satellite effectiveness and efficiency. Extract data for analysis and model development from large datasets to address mission planning questions. Create and maintain complex queries. Develop dashboards and visualizations that incorporate decision science to inform mission decisionmaking. Collaborate effectively with business partners and team members to align marketing science efforts with strategic goals.

A day in the life The Senior Data Scientist Kuiper Ground Services will bring a mixture of advanced data and statistical analysis modeling dashboarding and ETL skills. The ideal candidate will use datadriven methods to answer satellite mission planning questions and play a key role in the development of measurement models employing experimentation and machine learning. The right person in this role will be able to deal with ambiguity and define frameworks where no prior examples exist. They will be an ambitious selfstarter with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done will be key to success in the role.
