Overview
We are Hiring at UofL Health Frazier Rehab Institute
Location: 220 Abraham Flexner Way Louisville KY 40202
Shift Options: Full Time 1st shift *Weekends Only*
Our experienced team specializes in care and recovery for patients who have experienced brain injury movement disorders spinal cord
injuries stroke and other debilitating conditions. We provide services for individuals across the age spectrum from pediatric to geriatric and with the highest level of acuity including patients who require mechanical ventilation.
Responsibilities
Job Summary
The speechlanguage pathologist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role you will perform patient evaluation development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan delivery of treatment services and comprehensive discharge planning.
Care Provided
Frazier Rehab Institute provides personalized and rehabilitation care to approximately 2000 patients each year. We offer a wide range of services to help individuals with disabling conditions including:
Amputations
Arthritis
Brain injuries
Burns and wounds
Cancer
Cerebral palsy
Chronic pain
Joint replacement
Mechanical
ventilation
Musculoskeletal
injuries
Neurological
disorders
Parkinsons disease
Pediatrics
Spasticity
Spinal cord injuries

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education/Accreditation/Licensure (required & preferred):
- Licensed or eligible in Kentucky
- Masters or Doctorate of SpeechLanguage Pathology degree
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) or in the process of pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFYSLP)
Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate of SpeechLanguage Pathology degree
