Roles and Responsibilities: Wristband Support Team This role is predominantly a customer service position where you are there to ensure ticket holders at Boomtown get the best out of their wristbands. Our team will answer queries and assist with cardonly topups. Cashless systems at festivals are on the rise and are becoming a crucial part of a festival experience and this role is to help the public with enquiries and the system. Must be available for all the dates.
Skills and Experience:
You must have previous customer service stewarding or similar experience
Enthusiastic polite and confident
A loud voice will be handy
A good level of spoken English
A love of working in the great outdoors!
Candidate requirements:
Applicants are required to have availability across all the event dates
You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in the UK
You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
You are required to stay in our Ethical Staffing campsite onsite
