The Director of Account Management is responsible for nurturing client relationships driving account growth and ensuring the successful of projects within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Content Management sectors. As a strategic leader you will serve as the primary client contact leveraging your expertise in our products and solutions to align with client objectives while driving revenue and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients ensuring their business objectives align with our offerings.
    • Technology Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in our digital solutions staying updated on industry advancements to provide innovative recommendations.
    • Account Growth & Revenue Generation: Identify expansion opportunities within accounts upselling and crossselling solutions to drive business growth.
    • Project Oversight: Manage client projects from inception to collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
    • Consultative Selling: Address client challenges with tailored solutions demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and business needs.
    • Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed on market trends competitor strategies and emerging technologies to position our services competitively.
    • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions sales performance and pipeline forecasts for strategic decisionmaking.
    • Negotiation & Advocacy: Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements while championing the clients needs within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelors degree required.
    • 7 years of experience in account management consulting or client engagement within SaaS digital transformation hardware sales or digital content development.
    • Proven success managing multiple projects and engaging Csuite clients.
    • Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Experience in highcomplexity implementation projects including agile or scrum methodologies.
    • Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fastpaced environment.

    • Contract Negotiation: Draft review and negotiate agreements effectively.

    • DataDriven DecisionMaking: Utilize CRM tools and analytics for insights and forecasting.
    • Conflict Resolution: Navigate and resolve client and project challenges efficiently.
    • Financial Acumen: Understand pricing strategies and financial impact.
