Responsibilities
Must be available to work MondayFriday 7am6pm and Saturdays 7:305:00
5day work week off on Sundays
Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Assist advisors/manager in moving cars and keeping service drive clean and clear at all time.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
Qualifications
Organized friendly professional appearance.
Demonstrated ability to multitask using several software systems at one time
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team oriented and selfmotivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
