About the Internal medicine / family medicine physician role:
- 810 patients per day lower income patient population
- 4 day work week possible
- no evenings or weekends or call
TheInternal Medicine or Family Medicine physician will be working with a dedicated committed diverse group of nurse practitioners MDs DOs and physician associates who collaborate with an energetic group of nurses medical assistants and a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care and patientcentered care coordination.ThePrimary Care Providerwill work with patients and staff who are racially ethnically and culturally diverse so being culturally competent is required.
- Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients.
- Participate in paid 24hour oncall medical coverage for one week at a time about 12 times per quarter
- Must be willing to work one evening (until 7pm) weekly; occasional Saturdays may be required to cover CRCH staffing needs.
- Work collaboratively with other staff in meeting ACO quality goals DPH accreditation and other regulatory and/or funding requirements.
