KEH Camera is seeking a Digital Marketplace Lead to oversee and optimize our ecommerce presence across platforms like eBay Amazon Facebook and Etsy. This role is crucial in driving sales growth improving efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Youll lead a team manage marketplace operations analyze performance metrics and collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure our products reach the right audience. What You Will Do:
- Marketplace Operations: Oversee daytoday operations across all online marketplaces (e.g. eBay Amazon Facebook Etsy) ensuring optimal product listings accurate pricing and stock availability.
- Team Leadership: Manage coach and develop a team of marketplace specialists to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data track marketplace performance and implement strategies to drive growth and meet KPIs.
- Efficiency: Identify and implement operational improvements in workflow ensuring efficiency scalability and optimized performance across all digital marketplace activities.
- Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strategy Development: Lead efforts to expand into new marketplaces and implement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Reporting: Create and present regular reports on marketplace performance to senior leadership.
- Standardize: Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency efficiency and scalability within the digital marketplace operations
Skills Needed to be Successful:
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 25 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace management.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms (eBay Amazon Facebook Etsy) and marketplace tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
