Job Description
This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions a division of Sheppard Pratt offering consulting management and development services on behalf of CalvertHealth.
What can you expect
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced psychiatrist to lead personalized care and support evidencebased practice. As the Medical Director you will have a didactic relationship with the Executive Director while overseeing the service line with support from advanced practice nursing professionals.
You will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities affording for a hybrid schedule with the opportunity for 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work.

The pay range for this position is $290000 minimum to $400000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to board certifications and years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.
- Must be board certified.
- Expertise managing acute psychiatry care services.
