Job Description
We are hiring a SuccessFactors System Administrator. You will be responsible for the configuration maintenance and support of the SuccessFactors HR system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Employee Central Recruiting Performance Management and Learning Management modules.
- Experience with SuccessFactors system integrations and data management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP HR/HCM is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as SuccessFactors Certified Administrator are preferred.
