Job Title: Mobile Developer (React Native)

Educational Qualifications:BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech

5 years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3 years of handson React Native app development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of React Native applications ensuring best practices and highquality code are followed.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to build robust scalable mobile solutions.
Act as a technical point of contact for the team offering guidance on design architecture and implementation decisions.
Integrate APIs effectively and manage state using libraries like Redux (Redux Toolkit) or MobX.
Optimize mobile apps for performance ensuring fast load times responsiveness and efficient resource usage across Android and iOS platforms.
Implement best practices in app security including encryption secure authentication and safe data storage.
Actively contribute to handson coding reviewing and troubleshooting complex issues alongside the team.
Ensure continuous improvement in SDLC processes fostering a culture of quality and efficiency within the development team.
Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to SOLID principles DRY principles and design patterns to maintain a clean maintainable codebase.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across Android and iOS environments using advanced debugging tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical insights and ensure timely delivery of features.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in React Native including developing UI components navigation and using state management libraries like Redux (Redux Toolkit) or MobX.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 including core concepts such as closures hoisting Promises Arrow functions and Rest/Spread operators.
Deep understanding of TypeScript with handson experience in writing scalable and maintainable applications.
Solid experience in mobile app development particularly in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
Familiarity with mobile development best practices including responsive design app performance optimization and frontend testing tools.
Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting mobile apps for both Android and iOS environments.
Proficiency with Git or other version control systems for code collaboration.
Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes and deployment strategies for mobile apps.
Strong understanding of mobile app security including data encryption secure authentication and safe data storage.
Experience with modern development tools such as React Navigation push notifications and unit testing frameworks.
Advantage:
Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK for iOS & Android including Soup integration and data synchronization.
Handson experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Consumer Goods Cloud.
Proficiency with Salesforce developer tools like Developer Console or Workbench.
